Display TripLog notifications in CarPlay so that I can monitor whether trip logging has started or not. I have Bluetooth autostart enabled, and while my iPhone immediately connects to Bluetooth/CarPlay in the vehicle, TripLog does not reliably start logging even though I'm meeting the requirements chosen in the speed and timeout settings. The phone sits in a wireless charging tray so the screen can't be monitored (GPS is accurate while in the tray). If CarPlay showed me the notifications that logging had started or stopped, I'd be able to monitor that TripLog was working properly.

Hey, folks! Suggestion! In the Android app, it would be helpful to not split the days by cars as well. It's a little confusing when trips get added in different cars, which results in day duplication and breaks up the timeline. Each trip can have a car assigned to it, but grouping by day AND by car as well is an overkill.

Can the commute exemption amount be locked to the data for the day after trips are uploaded to ADP? We use the commute exemption feature when calculating final reimbursement, but staff commute changes over time (changing office or moving). Whenever we change commute, any report that looks back to historical data then becomes inaccurate, since the report only uses current commute. This causes some major issues for our Finance team and requires a lot of backups to be managed.

Let me enter mileage when last oil change, tire replacement/rotation was done. Let me select a mileage alert level(s), then alert me when service is X miles until due. “Your tire rotation is due in 1,000 miles. Your next alert is at 250 miles until due. Click here to modify alert levels.” This system could also provide calendar alerts based on estimated odometer and average miles per day: “Your tire rotation is due in three weeks based on current daily mileage. Schedule an appointment now! Your next alert will be at one week until due. Click here to modify alert levels.” Bonus round: let us tell you name and contact info of our favorite shops, or let advertisers fill that space: “Your tire rotation is due in 300 miles. Call [user-provided shop info and phone] [or advertiser-link] to schedule.” You’re welcome!

Since the odometer setting in the app and the car get out of sync, maybe once a week, ask me to manually update my odometer. This is what the DriversNote app does, and it's very easy to do and keeps the odometer relatively close from week to week. (I currently subscribe (paid) to their app, but am test-driving TripLog ATM, and am seriously contemplating switching when our subscription with them expires in May.) Thanks for reading

Allow user to set report duration to match their payroll cycle.

It would be very helpful if TripLog could provide an indicator in the admin dashboard or reports showing whether a device was turned off or a trip was stopped before completion. Having this feature would allow admins to quickly identify issues, improve accuracy, and ensure proper tracking of employee trips.

Select two trips and hit add trip. It will automatically start with the mileage, date and time of the ending of the first trip selected. It will also increment the mileage for the second trip selected.

example. Locking the odometer at the beginning of the year so you can update the odometer here and there during the year and not affect the starting number. THIS IS A MUST!!!
