I manage various rental houses. When I go TO a rental house (known address), TripLog automatically records that segment as a Business Activity. But when I return Home, it records that segment as Personal Activity, and I then have to remember to manually fix it every time. Suggestion: If Location = Business, then BOTH the TO and the FROM segments should default to Business Activity.

Using the Uber driver API can connect to the our accounts and automatically import Uber Commissions and fees to put for deduction tracking and also for automatic tracking of daily payouts. Another app called HURDLR currently has this feature. I would like to use Triplog Drive with a shared vehicle and have it automatically categorize trips based on when my phone is present or not.

Almost all of my trips are within a 1 mile by 1/2-mile footprint. That makes most of my trips about a half mile in duration. Having 1 minute and 2-minute options for idle time end trip in Magic Trip would be extremely helpful since most of my stops are only a minute or less long. Trying to remember to manually end trip when you have another trip waiting is frustrating and a little time consuming.

Just like the web browser shows Google's expected Over Reporting. Could it also show Under Reporting to accommodate when the app is not tracking location well enough? Some trips are a straight line from A to B, and when Queried, the captured distance is under what Google would expect the trip to take. I do not want to underpay my people.

Would like to be able to split a trip into two trips at a waypoint. This is because I often only briefly stop between trips, and Triplog thinks it is just one long trip.

Select two trips and hit add trip. It will automatically start with the mileage, date and time of the ending of the first trip selected. It will also increment the mileage for the second trip selected.

It would be helpful to have the vehicle selection field at the top of the window when in Manual Entry mode. My staff work from the top of the page to the bottom, and therefore enter the odometer values before the vehicle. When staff change the vehicle, the odometer readings also change so they have to go back and edit it them again. I have been training them to enter the vehicle first, but it seems to make sense that the vehicle would be the first thing entered since several of the other values depend on that data.
