Make this a separate configuration section so that modification to the Dept can reflect on multiple users vs. one user at a time. Use Case: There is department A and B but now B has been added to A. Currently you have to go to each person to change the Department name to Department A. Use Case 2: Department A has had a responsibility change so now they are known as Department Z. Currently to change the name you have to go to each user just to change the name of the Dept/Office

I use different tags for business purposes There should be a way for an individual to run a report that shows any trip labeled for business it’s missing a tag, which for me and others I’m sure is important for proper tracking

When entering mileage manually, it defaults to either AM or PM, depending on entry time, not what you actually entered. If you don't catch it, there will be a mistaken time.

I charge my client for my time driving, not for mileage. Date & Time already exists for a column, but what would save me a good deal of time daily would be a Duration for each trip. So while Date & Time says 10:10AM - 10:42AM, Duration would say 32 minutes.

Looking to set automated reports for Managers/Accounting for their teams. This function would allow GMs to check over their teams, ensure mileage looks correct and fix issues instead of Corporate having to sort through everyone's reports. Would need the ability to schedule reports either by office or group users manually and select who the report goes to (either a manual email address and/or another user already in the system). In my scenario I would like to be able to send the report of a entire office (2-7 employees) to the General Manager and Corporate Accounting Team for inspection and audit before payment.

Select two trips and hit add trip. It will automatically start with the mileage, date and time of the ending of the first trip selected. It will also increment the mileage for the second trip selected.

Hello would it be possible to add a feature to log energy consumption / charging for an EV like we can do now for fueling / mileage logging for ICE ? Thank you.
