Display TripLog notifications in CarPlay so that I can monitor whether trip logging has started or not.
I have Bluetooth autostart enabled, and while my iPhone immediately connects to Bluetooth/CarPlay in the vehicle, TripLog does not reliably start logging even though I'm meeting the requirements chosen in the speed and timeout settings. The phone sits in a wireless charging tray so the screen can't be monitored (GPS is accurate while in the tray).
If CarPlay showed me the notifications that logging had started or stopped, I'd be able to monitor that TripLog was working properly.

Thanks for the feedback and while we would like to have those notifications directly in CarPlay there are some limitations. Your normal notifications should appear so when the trips start and stop there should be the standard notification. A recommendation if you are missing a trip start would be to increase the timeout setting to something longer like 30 minutes. This is the time after connection for it to stop monitoring movement until it reconnects.
