Can the commute exemption amount be locked to the data for the day after trips are uploaded to ADP?

We use the commute exemption feature when calculating final reimbursement, but staff commute changes over time (changing office or moving). Whenever we change commute, any report that looks back to historical data then becomes inaccurate, since the report only uses current commute. This causes some major issues for our Finance team and requires a lot of backups to be managed.
