In Mileage Reports, I want to be able to run a report will All Enabled and Disabled users. The only option for "All" is currently enabled, but we still have to be running reports that include payouts to offboarded staff.

Hi Alex, this is a bug and will be corrected soon. Thank you for your feedback. There should be an ALL USERS as well as ALL ENABLED USERS then a sort by Enabled and Disabled Users.
